Pre-Order & Shipping Policy
PRE-ORDER POLICY:
When placing a Pre-Order (or Back-Order items), all other items in the cart will be shipped with the Pre-Order item(s). That means, if a Pre-Order item ships in 1 month, you'll need to wait 1 month for all other items in the cart.
If you want non-Pre-Order items shipped right away, please add them to a separate cart and check-out with a separate order. Orders cannot be partially fulfilled or partially cancelled.
Pre-Order and Back-Order purchases will be charged to the customer immediately upon purchase.
Orders can be cancelled before shipment but are subject to a 3% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This covers the non-refundable payment processing fee we are charged when the initial transaction is made.

Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of sealed product in the TCG industry, we do not offer returns.
However, if your product comes damaged or not as described, send us an email and we'll take steps forward to make it right.

Looking to sell your items?
Our selling policy requires a 24 hour inspection period for all items. NO EXCEPTIONS. This allows us to ensure that each product meets our quality standards before it is finalized for sale.
If you're local, we invite you to bring your items into the shop for a seamless experience. For those inquiring online, fill out the form on the Contact Us page, with clear details of items you want to sell. Once we receive the message you will be contacted to provide detailed photos and videos of your items to help us assist you better. Your cooperation in this is greatly appreciated!
